Dominique Vessigault
Dominique Vessigault is a US citizen who has spent many years in Asia. He knows all about the ex-pat lifestyle from first hand experience
Dom now works for the American organisation, the Estate Plan. As well as his clients in the United States he is concerned for Americans living abroad who have limited access to family law firms. Most US law firms overseas concentrate on commercial work, such as contracts, conveyancing, and litigation, all of them profitable and high value. Living Trusts are not in this category and it is difficult to get anything done unless you go back to the US, where it might take up a good deal of your holiday time.
Dom brings his business with him when he visits Hong Kong and, from there, the rest of Asia. His regular trips mean that he is able to have documents signed and see new Living Trust clients while he is in Asia; then he can return to his home in California to organise what needs to be done for new and existing clients.
A Will is just part of the Estate Plan’s portfolio of documents offering complete coverage of the US assets.
